We quote a clear price before work starts. If we find a different problem once a pipe or wall is open, we stop and explain before any added work begins.

Final scope is whatever you approve on the call or on site.

Your responsibilities

Please tell us about hazards, pets, access limits and who is authorized to approve work. If you rent, confirm your landlord permits the repair.

Permit rules vary, so check with the City of Huntington Park building department when a permit may apply.

Limits

We are not responsible for conditions we could not see or for damage that began before our visit. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law.
